Located in the heart of the Geneva countryside, this project comprises two three-storey residential buildings with a total of 16 condominium apartments ranging from two to five rooms.

Set within the green surroundings of La Boverie Park in Satigny, the buildings enjoy a peaceful and privileged setting.

The living areas, facing the park, open generously onto the outdoors through large floor-to-ceiling windows leading to spacious terraces.

At the rear of the buildings, in a quieter setting, are the bedrooms and the main entrances. This rear façade, simple and rhythmically punctuated by restrained openings, contrasts with the openness of the living spaces towards the landscape.

The rendered façades are enhanced by distinctive privacy screens, bringing rhythm, depth and architectural character to the overall composition.
