Located in Development Zone 4B in Veyrier, this condominium residential building stands out for its contemporary architecture and abundant natural light. The building comprises eleven apartments distributed over a ground floor, two upper floors and a penthouse level.

One of the key design principles was to maximise natural daylight. Large floor-to-ceiling glazed openings were integrated into the living spaces, while a generous glazed stairwell floods the vertical circulation areas with natural light. These architectural choices enhance the spatial quality of the building and create a living environment that is both comfortable, functional and refined.

The project successfully responds to the requirements of the Development Zone while placing particular emphasis on residents’ comfort and the optimisation of living spaces.
