Residential building in Thônex

Located in a « zone villa » in Thônex, this project involves the construction of four condominium apartments (PPE) in a quiet, green residential setting.

The two ground-floor units benefit from spacious terraces and private gardens, offering a pleasant living environment connected to the outdoors. On the upper levels, the first apartment extends partially across the first floor and occupies the whole of the attic level, enjoying a generous outdoor area surrounding the entire top floor. The second apartment occupies the remaining part of the first floor and features a large terrace adjoining the living room, as well as a smaller terrace located at the rear of the unit.

Particular attention was given to the design of the outdoor extensions, with the creation of sheltered areas that allow comfortable use all through the main part of the year.
