The plot concerned by this project hosts, on two sides the main building and on the two remaining sides, a pool house as well as a large covered space. The pool and garden occupy the central area. The house has a surface of about sqm 450, develops in the form of «L» on two levels, completed by an attic and a basement. The access to the building is on the “corner of the L” through a large double-volume hall partially occupied by the stairwell. In one of the the ground floor wings are located the living room and the kitchen while the rest of the building is occupied by six bedrooms and two offices.
