This project is located on a plot near the lake. The building respects the architectural spirit of the neighborhood and has many openings to optimize the contribution of light inside the three large apartments.
The apartments, distributed on one, two or three levels, are served by two elevators.
The project was designed in order to give the opportunity to each apartment to have an access to large outdoor spaces. A large attic terrace for the duplex located on first and second floor. A garden and terraces for the triplex apartment as well as for the ground floor apartment.
