Transformation of an apartment in a late 19th-century building 

This apartment is located in Geneva, in the protected area of the Rond-Point-de-Rive. It has been totally renovated while preserving original elements such as moldings, doors, cabinet door, fireplaces and floors.
An additional bathroom was created replacing an old workshop room and the kitchen was enlarged by adding to its surface, the surface of an adjacent bedroom.
The apartment wooden windows have been restored and their glazing replaced in order to meet the energetical  standards.
