Vertical expansion of a residential building

This two-level and an attic expansion is made of mixed structure: metal and concrete for the first two levels and wood for the top floor.
This project allowed the creation of twelve three-room to six-room new apartments, including 3 duplex that have large terraces on both sides of the building on the top floor.
The bow-windows that characterize the façade on the street side made possible the increasing of the apartments surface area.
