Vertical expansion of a residential building

This project of one floor and an attic expansion was realized in wooden structure, with the exeption of the staircase and the elevator shaft realized in concrete. This project allowed the creation of 3 apartments including an attic with a large terrace overlooking rue des Eaux-Vives. 
During the expansion works, the facade of the existing building was completely renewed and blinds and windows replaced.
