The sloping roof of this building has been removed to allow the construction of an attic with a terrace going all around the expansion.
The rasing was carried out in wood except for the stairwell and the elevator shaft which were build in concrete.
The facades are covered with metal panels.
This expansion has allowed the creation of 4 three-room and four-room apartments.
